Trusted local workers,
when you need them

These Terms govern your use of the Karmee Circle mobile app ("the App"), run by Sarath Babu ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

What Karmee Circle Does

Karmee Circle helps customers find local workers (such as plumbers, welders, electricians and fitters) and helps workers find jobs near them. Workers are independent: they are not our employees or agents. We provide the App only. The agreement about the work, its price and payment is directly between the customer and the worker. We are not a party to it and do not guarantee the quality, safety or completion of any work.

Payment for Work

The App does not collect payment for the work itself. Customers pay workers directly, in the way they agree. Prices shown in listings and price offers are set by workers and may change after the worker sees the job.

Your Responsibilities

• Give true information in your profile, listings, job posts, price offers and reviews.
• Workers must hold any licences and follow any rules needed for their trade.
• Use your own judgement before letting someone into your home or going to a job. Share only your area or a landmark in job posts, not your house number.
• Do not harass, threaten, cheat or abuse other users, or use the App for spam or anything illegal.
• Do not create fake jobs, fake listings or fake reviews, or impersonate anyone.

Jobs, Price Offers and Reviews

• A job moves through Waiting, Confirmed, Work started and Done. Only the customer can mark a job as done.
• Chat between a customer and worker is open while a job is confirmed and closes once work starts.
• Only a customer who completed a job with a worker can review that worker. Reviews must be honest and about the job.
• Free accounts can send 5 price offers a month on posted jobs. Answering a customer who booked you directly is always free.

Paid Features

Payments are one-time, processed by Razorpay, and do not renew automatically. Buying Karmee Pro again before it ends adds 30 more days. Prices are shown in the App before you pay. Payments are not refundable once the feature is active, except where the law requires. If you were charged by mistake, email us at sarathbb598@gmail.com.

Removing Content and Accounts

We may remove listings, jobs, reviews, ads or accounts that break these Terms or are reported for fraud or abuse. You can delete your account at any time in the App: Account → Settings → Delete account.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage or dispute arising from work arranged through the App, or for anything a customer or worker does.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

This policy explains what information the Karmee Circle app collects, who can see it, and how you can delete it.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address and profile photo if you sign in with Google, or your phone number if you sign in with a one-time code (OTP).
• How you use the app: whether you chose "I need a worker" or "I am a worker", so the app shows the right screens.
• Service listings (workers): your name or business name, the phone number you enter, your trade and other work you do, description, years of experience, price, how far you travel, languages, area or landmark, and photos of your past work.
• Jobs (customers): the type of work, your description, an optional photo, when you need it, and your area or landmark.
• Location: your device location while you use the app, to show workers, jobs and business ads near you and how far away they are. When you list a service, post a job or place a business ad, its location is saved with it. We do not keep a history of where you go.
• Price offers, bookings and chat: prices and messages workers send, job status, and chat messages between a customer and the worker they chose.
• Reviews: star ratings and comments you write after a job is done.
• Business ads: business name, phone number, description, poster image and location, and how many people opened the ad.
• Payments: when you buy Karmee Pro, a Featured listing or a business ad, we keep a record of what was bought, the amount, and Razorpay's payment and order reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
• Device and app information: a notification token so we can send you alerts, crash reports to help us fix problems, and an app-integrity check (Google Play Integrity) to block fake or modified apps.

Who Can See Your Information

• Service listings are visible to all app users, including the phone number you entered, so customers can call or WhatsApp you. Only add a number you are happy to share.
• Jobs you post are visible to workers using the app, so nearby workers can decide whether to send a price. Enter only your area or a landmark, not your house number.
• Business ads are shown to app users within 30 km, with the phone number on the ad.
• Reviews are visible to app users, with your name and profile photo.
• Chat messages are visible only to the customer and the worker on that job.
• We do not sell your personal information.

How We Use Your Information

• To show workers, jobs and ads near you, and to connect customers with workers.
• To send notifications about new jobs nearby, price offers, bookings and messages. You can turn these off in Settings.
• To process payments for Karmee Pro, Featured listings and business ads.
• To keep the app safe, for example to stop fake reviews and misuse of free price offers, and to act on reports of abuse.
• To fix crashes and improve the app.
• To show advertisements through Google AdMob.

Services We Use

• Firebase (Google): sign-in, database, file storage, notifications, crash reports and app-integrity checks.
• Razorpay: payment processing.
• Google AdMob: in-app advertisements. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID.

Deleting Your Account and Data

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Account → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, removes your service listings (including your phone number), and cancels any jobs you posted that are still open.

Reviews you wrote, messages you sent, and records of completed jobs and payments may remain, because they are part of another person's job history or are needed for payment records. To have these removed, email sarathbb598@gmail.com and we will delete them within 30 days, except payment records the law requires us to keep.

Security

Your data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Server rules control who can read or change each piece of information. For example, only the customer and the chosen worker can read a job's chat, and nobody can change a rating without a completed job.

Children's Privacy

Karmee Circle is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
